Matt and Cheryl met at Colorado State University shortly after Jesus changed both of their lives. For more than 20 years, they’ve had the joyful privilege of serving in ministry together—from leading small groups and college ministry to helping plant churches.

​

Matt is passionate about making disciples, preaching the full counsel of God’s Word, planting churches, developing leaders, and reaching those who don’t yet know Jesus. Cheryl has a heart for worship ministry and loves helping people experience and praise God through song.

With a family of six, life is rarely quiet (and they wouldn’t have it any other way!). Matt and Cheryl love opening their home, meeting new people, and building deep friendships around good food and conversation. You’ll often find them out in the community—at the soccer field, dancing, fishing, or, most likely, gathered around a table at a coffee shop or Chipotle.
